This document offers a framework for developing an evidence-based communication plan for introducing new vaccines. Communication for immunization can also be used to promote complementary “healthy actions” such as handwashing, early and exclusive breastfeeding, and timely care seeking. This document is a continuing work-in-progress, with feedback being solicited via this weblink.
