PPIUCD Services: Start-up to Scale-up Regional Meeting in Zambia, April 9-12

5 April 2013 MCHIP and Population Services International’s (PSI) Support for International Family Planning Organization (SIFPO) program, with funding support from USAID, will convene a regional meeting to bring international and regional experts to advance integration of postpartum intrauterine contraceptive device (PPIUCD) into maternal health services.

21 February 2013 Women Deliver 2013—the largest global conference meeting of the decade—will once again bring together thousands of participants from government, civil society organizations, global companies and more to focus on the health and well-being of girls and women. Held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 28-30 May 2013, the conference is proud to have Melinda Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, as a plenary speaker.

25 March 2013 MCHIP has recently released another maternal health-focused toolkit on Essential Obstetric and Newborn Care (EONC) on the K4Health website. It provides guidance on key programmatic steps, providing lessons learned and relevant resources to assist country programs, donors and governments to develop focused interventions and programs.
